• Messenger or Telegram username
• Messages you send during mentoring
• Voice notes exchanged between us
• Technical data (IP, browser info via WooCommerce)

Data is processed for the following purposes:

• Delivering the CalmVoice mentoring service (3-day, 7-day, 14-day, or monthly)
• Private communication
• Sending personalised voice messages
• Billing and accounting obligations
• Protecting legal interests in case of disputes

All communication — including messages, voice notes, and emotional sharing — is strictly confidential.

No personal data, message, content, or voice recording is ever shared with third parties.

The only exceptions are legally required data processors:

• Billing/invoicing systems (e.g., Billingo)
• Technical communication platforms (Messenger / Telegram / WooCommerce)

These third parties act in compliance with GDPR.

6. Data Retention

• Billing data: 8 years (required by law)
• Messenger/Telegram messages & voice notes: max 90 days
• Emails: max 12 months

8. No Sensitive Medical Data

CalmVoice is not a medical or psychological service. I do not process diagnostic information or crisis-related data.
