2. Scope of Service

CalmVoice provides voice-based emotional support packages, including 3-day, 7-day, 14-day, and monthly mentoring options. Clients write messages, and I reply with personalised voice messages within the defined schedule.

This is not therapy, counselling, or medical care.

3. Confidentiality

All communication is strictly confidential. No messages, audio recordings, or personal information are shared with third parties.

4. Package Delivery

The service includes:

  • 1 personalised voice message per day (unless otherwise specified)
  • Delivery via Messenger or Telegram
  • Response window typically between 16:00–21:00 CET - 10:00–15:00 EST
  • Duration depending on purchased package

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact information
  • Communicate respectfully
  • Understand this is not a crisis service
  • Acknowledge boundaries (no 24/7 availability)

6. No Emergency Support

CalmVoice does not provide crisis intervention or psychological treatment. In emergencies, please contact local authorities or professional services.
